On Friday, April 6, 2012 I settled a property that I had listed in Herndon, VA.  I was the 3rd agent on the house in less than 6 months.  I met the sellers on a ForSale By Owner ad but discovered quickly that they were previously listed.  I went on the appointment competing against 2 other realtors.  I won the listing and was very happy.  I did list the property for $15,000 over the previous listing and we settled at $580,000 with no seller concessions which was $10,000 over what the property was actually listed for originally with the other two agents.

I asked for a testimonial as in 18 years I have never really done that and thought it might be cool to do it on video.  I sat them down at the title company's office and here is what they said.  My question to you is before I place this on my actual website do I edit this or leave it raw the way it is.  I would appreciate some feedback.
