This is Brian Morgenweck with your Bergen County Condo Real Estate Week in Review for the week of July 19 - 25, 2010. This past week, we added 71 new condo, co-op & townhome listings throughout Bergen County, from Fort Lee to Ramsey and everywhere in between. The total amount of “Active” listings is now 1,987 in Bergen County. This is the first time in a while that the total listings actually dropped from the previous week. This is Brian Morgenweck with your Bergen County Condo Real Estate Week in Review for the week of July 12 - 18, 2010. This past week, we added 88 new condo, co-op & townhome listings throughout the county, from Edgewater to Mahwah and everywhere in between.
