Everyone bare with me while I figure our the best format I will use to write this blog. I know it has been awhile since I started this blog. I decided to do a little research and see what is best to blog about and how to effectively reach my target audience. Currently I just picked up an amazing book on bloging Specifically on Real Estate.

Realty Blogging

I thought about just posting amazing rental deals in the area. However, usually those deals last only a day and blogs tend to not receive response immediately. Additionally, I do not want to add clutter of real estate listings on this blog either. I still am working out the details of this blog and hope to update more regularly.

A NoHo Sandwich shop that needs your help!

The Crosby Connection is a nice sandwich stand located by the intersection of Crosby and Bleecker St. (@ 172 Crosby St.) The sandwiches are actually very good. I was saddened to learn that their lease is almost up & it looks like they will be pushed into finding a new location. If you want to support this working class shop please do the right thing and sign the petition. Below is a mouth watering sandwich first.

I am a brand new ActiveRain user and still learning the ropes of this website. I am a native New Yorker living in the greatest city in the world. Sorry if I sound a little biased... New York is a great city because of it's diversity, broad range of activities and events. I also recently decided to become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to help others find a place to live in New York. The home is 'the' special place to return to after a long day. I find it rewarding to help others find their new place to call homes.
