I am so excited to be a part of the active rain community! I have been reading the blogs of other people for some time now I have my own! I am an agent with Keller Williams Golden Gate, located in Berkeley, California.

As you may or may not know we have a very unique market in the East Bay Area. There are many neighborhoods where we are still getting multiple bids and others where it is very affordable for first time home buyers. It is all about finding an agent who knows the market and will work hard for you.

A few years back any monkey who could right a contract could be a successful agent. I belive that we are now witnessing a shift in the workforce of agents out there. To be a successful agent in this market one has to be willing and able to think outside the box. Educating buyers and sellers about how to navigate the ebb and flow of the Bay Area real estate tide has become a skill you can't afford to lack.

And so I ask myself everyday, "What did I learn yesterday that can help me to improve today?"
