Have they given you their presentation, how many open houses they will have, how they will list it in the MLS so it can be adverised to all the other agents? I'm sure you have Mr. and Mrs. Seller. Some will offer you gimmicks - "I'll sell your property in 30 days, or I'll sell it for free". Um, really? If that were true, will you as the seller get the highest amount possible for your property? I doubt it very much. The way this gimmick works is the property price has to be contunally reduced until an offer comes in!
