This home sat on the market for 6 months---before Staging.
The client was getting anxious. They had already purchased a home in another province, and living there.
Once the listing expired, they hired another agent with a strong marketing plan.
This agent had recommended having the home staged, and the client agreed.
Just under 3 WEEKS after the staging, the home SOLD for 97% OF THE ASKING PRICE!
The client is thrilled that she no longer has dual expenses and can get on with life!

Most People Know by Now...Statistically Proven, Staged homes Sell FASTER and for MORE MONEY...
BUT
Is that where the buck stops, so to speak?
For many people, our homes are our largest investment. So don't you want the BEST return on your largest investment?
As homeowner's, it is important to try to see the home through the prospective buyer's eyes. That door that has the hinge loose, or the grout in the bathroom tub that needs fixing, or perhaps the kitchen countertop is marked up....do you ignore it and hope the buyer won't be bothered by it?
Absolutely NOT!
