York Maine Home Prices Continue to Stabilize - 12/29/10 11:55 AM
Recently released data from the Maine Association of Realtors show a statewide increase in the Median sales price of 3.66% when comparing the periods of Sept 1 through Nov.30, 2009 against the same period in 2010.  The Median sales price rose from $164,000 to $170,000.
York County home sales median price during the same period showed an even larger increase of 11.82%, rising from $194,950 to $218,000.
In the same period, unit home sales decreased statewide 23.8%.   However,  in the Town of York  Maine home sales increased in the same 3 month period from 51 to 60 units. Town of York Maine Home Sales … (0 comments)

York Maine Home Sales Rise - 12/11/10 10:54 AM
The York Maine Real Estate Market showed increased sales in the 12 month periods comparing Dec 1, 2008 through Dec 1, 2009 with Dec 1, 2009 through Dec 1, 2010 .  Sales of residential property rose from 152 sales in 08/09 to 189 in 09/10.  That is an increase of 25%.  Thats good news for York Maine Homes for Sale. Every price category showed increases with the largest jump comming in the York Maine Homes for sale priced between 4-500K.  The number of sales jumped from 18 to 28.
