Dutchess County Single Family Detached homes sold July 2011
During July the Dutchess County Real Estate Market had a big improvement over July 2010. 52 more homes sold this year.
What happened in July 2010? Consumers made use of the tax credit earlier in the year so by July the sales dipped. Last June sales were 82 more than this June, an indication of the impact of the tax credit. Then things changed and July 2010 had the lowest recorded sales in a 10 year period for single family detached homes in July. … (3 comments)

dutchess county homes for sale: Real Estate Market Report For Dutchess County NY - January 2010 - 02/07/10 11:54 PM

During the month of January 14 more single family homes were sold, when compared to last year. However the average selling price was down by 13.7 percent. The median on the other hand was up 2.7 percent. There was a slight drop in the days on market as well as in the inventory. The purchase offer at the begining of the month was down 14 percent.
