esopus: Catskill Mountain Fall Foliage Train Ride - 10/04/09 11:57 PM

Today was such a beautiful day so we decided to do something as a family. Our choice was to take the Catskill Mountain Fall Foliage train ride. The Catskill is a beautiful area and we have been to the area many times but had never been on the train. Well today we decided to change all that.
We boarded the train at the Mount Pleasant stop and it went south along the Esopus Creek , thus this train ride is referred to The Scenic Esopus Creek Route. This leg of the ride provided some wonderful mountain views as well as … (11 comments)
