During July Rhinebeck saw much excitement due to Chelsea Clinton's wedding.
Lots of tourist flocked to the area to see if they could catch a glimpse of the wedding party or any celebrity guests in attendance.
Yes, this activity placed Rhinebeck on the map, and with that we have had more interest in the Rhinebeck real estate market. Will all this interest translate into more purchases of homes?

During the month of May 7 single family homes sold in Rhinebeck. 3 in the town and 4 in the village, with price ranging fron $160,100-$679,900.

With so many homes on the market do you want to have an edge? one thing you could do is have a pre-inspection done, so you discover ahead of time what issues might come up. With this information you should go ahead and have the problem(s) fixed. I am sure a buyer will be impressed with this proactive approach and will be more willing to make an offer.
