With all the negative attention the Real Estate market is getting around the nation you would assume Houston is in the same boat. That is NOT TRUE! While the area is experiencing it's share of foreclosures and pockets of home value decline, overall Houston is a strong market. Due in fact to Houston being ranked #1 for most affordable housing among the top 25. The U.S. Census Bureau ranks Houston as the top housing market in comparison to other cities nationwide. #1 in job growth Houston is experiencing a strong Commercial market as well.
