Sometimes it is nice to work with a recognized brand in Real Estate. The broker that I choose to work with was just namedthe 33rd largest broker in the United States! That is a great achievement as we only work in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and a small portion of Indiana. Recent MLS data shows that if the second and third largest brokerages in the Cincinnati metro area joined together the brokerage that I choose to work with would still be number one!

I am glad that there are so many people that are members of the that recycle. It is very apparent from the blog posts that there is a waste not want not attitude on the blog stream.
Good thoughts and ideas are a great thing to have and to share with anyone that would care to listen to you. But please when you find these great ideas at least give credit where credit is due.

Here in the Cincinnati area the number of people wanting to sell their homes has climbed over last year. In December we had 14,053 homes available for sale. Last year the same month we had 12,245 for an increase of 14.77% in the number of homes available.
Sales of homes on the market are starting to look up! this December we sold 1,500 homes! Last December we sold 1,542 for a decrease of -2.72%, this is our best month since June as we are down -4.74 for the year to date.

November numbers are available for our whole MLS area and it looks like a good time to buy!
There are more homes to look at than year 15,787 available for sale this November only 13,263 available last year. That gives you 19.03% more homes to choose from!
Competition to purchase these homes is down from last year. November of 2006 we had 1529 closed sales. Closed sales in November of 2005 were 1764 so we had 13.32% fewer closed sales!
Time on the market for closed went up to an average days on market of 75 days against last years … (0 comments)
