Just a quick note to express my HUGE THANKS to buyers who realize that real estate is not a Monday through Friday 9-to-5 job. In the business of feast or famine, last week saw me hopscotching from four clients in one day. My last client of the day opted to reschedule our 7:00 p.m. meeting with a "You need to eat dinner and have time off, too." (I could have kissed her.)

It's not an easy market out there right now, but I've found that I've been blessed with some of the more appreciative buyers I've ever had recently. And that's worth its weight in gallons o' gas. ;-)

So let's not forget to do the same to our sphere, family, and friends. Practice small acts of kindness to reap big rewards.
