Today's Kent Food Drive

What a wonderful experience. Today we had our Keller Williams Kent food drive. Top Foods was a great store to have it at. We filled the truck that was borrowed from the Puyallup Keller Williams office. The people of Kent were very generous. It just goes to show you that Kent is a great place to live. I had such a great time, I look forward to next year.

On November 14th, 2008 at 7:00 at 25664 104th Ave. S.E. Kent, WA we will be hosting a benefit "Girls nite out". We are inviting people from the community and beyond for an evening of fun. There will be shopping, shopping and more shopping. From purses, make-up, jewelry, candles, and more, we will have it all just in time for Christmas. Also on hand will be service providers, manicures, messages, pedicures, aroma therapy and more. Oh, and I forgot, "Food and Drink". Don't miss this special event! I look forward to a great turn out. Kent's new MCA

Please welcome Christina Rau to our Kent Keller Williams office. She was previously the MCA for two market centers and her spouse Kirk Rau is the new production coach for Puyallup Keller Williams. We look forward to having her here and are ready to expand our office with more clients and agents.

If your waiting for the market, don't. If you don't buy now, you'll miss out on great interest rates and miss the curve for affordable housing. If you wait you'll be buying when everyone else does and fighting to get your offer accepted. With pre-foreclosures, post foreclosures and alot of inventory for new construction, there are great insentives and sellers are taking great price reductions. The Kent market is very active.
