Surrounding communities, EDENVILLE, SANFORD, HOPE, FREELAND, AUBURN, BAY CITY, GLADWIN, BEAVERTON are the closest communities to MIDLAND,  we form a Tri-City area with a regional airport called MBS  (Midland, Bay City Saginaw).  Midland has its own airport (Barstow)!   Its about time for snow to come to our area with that we get to toboggan at the City Forest ( A 10 square mile park of woods with a chalet and toboggan run).  Great fun !   To be continued !

Midland is a small community with lots of atmosphere.  The home of Dow Chemical and Dow Corning Corporations.  Midland features a 30 mile rail trail for biking, hiking, walking and rollerblading, a large ice arena, softball and tennis facility.  A newer facility is the home of the Great Lakes Loons which is a AAA Dodger farm club.  The community is very giving when needed and we have great foundations to help out when needed.  To be continued .................

Short Sales - 10/17/08 05:42 PM
Has anyone had to pay a REO compliance fee as a condition of submission of the offer?   I was wondering if there is any way to check on this prior to writing an offer?   I have several short sale listing and have not heard of this practice until know,  any thoughts would be of great help.   Jane
