Banks forgiving the "Due on Sale Clause".  I had an investor just recently tell me that some banks are looking the other way on  the due on sale clause so that owners can sell there homes on a land contract.  Do they not realize that they still owe the bank the money and are still liable for the payments?  I just received my first offer like this, it was needless to say rejected.  What are your thoughts?

Old Fashion Wood Racket Tennis Tournament ! - 10/01/10 09:09 AM
Come one Come all !  The Midland Community Tennis Center will be hosting a tournament played with the old fashion wood racquets.  It will be from 1-5 pm on October 9, racquets will be provided and it should be a great time.  I think you will be using some muscles you haven't for a long time.  Can you just remember how hard we had to swing them and then put them away in a wood racquet press.  Oh the great times we had though !   Should be lots of fun !   Put it down on your calendar now !
