The Open Houses this weekend with Ayre/Rhinehart are from $100,000 to $200000.  Houses are all open at different times but make your route and away you go.  Next weekend with the Parade of Homes listings over $200000 will be open along with them.

Rain Rain go away ! April Showers bring May flower ! - 04/27/11 11:29 AM
After an awful night of severe weather, hail, tornado warnings etc.  We woke up to rain again,  the rivers are all rising.  We went on house tour in the rain and one house the water was almost up to the house.  I guess sometimes its good to see how it is on a bad day. :)   We are suppose to have a week of rain and then it should hopefully get to be sunny again.

Its sunny, not warm, but sunny !   I want to wish everyone a Happy Easter!  Please drive safely if you are out on the roads.  Warm weather is starting to come.  I'm anxious to start working in tmy garden, because it is my relaxation for me.  As an Advanced Master Gardener I am the lead on the Sanford Rail Trail Gardens.  I get to keep them clean so as you ride or walk by on the rail trail you can enjoy the beautiful plants.

Last weekend of butterflies at Dow Gardens, exhibit goes thru April 24. 
Homes Open up to $125000 on Saturday with Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors
Dinosour adventure at Midland Center for the Arts.
Chippewa Nature Center is always open with great things to do.
Play tennis at Midland Community Tennis Center.

Update on BOA Short Sale - 04/14/11 08:45 AM
If you remember I have had multiple offers on the property, with no response,  4 bank changes, and I can't tell you what else.  I also am finding out how hard it is to deal with Hud Tribal.  They are as slow as BOA,  took three weeks after the verbal okay to get an a letter stating that to BOA.  Oh My,  now they want to close ASAP.  I have had this listing for 2.5 years - no mortgage payments paid - I will keep you posted on what else happens along the way.  I forgot to tell you that I … (0 comments)
