Help!! UNDISCLOSED BUYER!! - 11/27/07 06:27 PM

I have a property on the market at the present time that seems very interesting to adjoining land owners.
Well, seems the adjoining land owners are either related to the seller or they just want the land.
I had a call today, from a client  that would like to make an offer and be an undisclosed buyer.
His question to me was!!!  How long can I remain undisclosed?
Would you even consider doing a dual agency with this buyer and seller?
I will certainly appreciate any input on this subject.

HELP!! I need a catchy title for Newspaper Ad to build Listing Inventory for 2008 - 11/25/07 06:15 PM

I will do one more big ad in the Newspaper for 2007.
I need some suggestions for an eye catcher.
I would like to ask everyone in this County why they think I would not be the Realtor of their choice, but I know I cannot do that.
Maybe if I give them a reason in the newspaper ad I would be their choice.  But, I know the public gets tired of reading all of these promises that all Realtors put in the Newspaper.

I know this is an old subject!! Can we discuss "working from home" again? - 11/19/07 11:10 AM

I want to work from home, but again I am so mixed up on what to do.
For you that do work from home, is their always something (say a file, survey, or form) that you need and it is at the office.  How do you handle this?
Some one help me make this decision!!

Being the Realtor, do you stay with the home inspector, when their is a renter in place? - 11/11/07 10:06 AM

Renter leaves front door unlocked for home inspector!! Buyer arrives 30 minutes before Inspector, Owner, or Realtor.  Buyer goes on in the house and looks around.
Now this is not nice is it?
Owner, not renter is upset!!
Should the Realtor that is representing the buyer scold her and tell her never do this again?
Owner has already instructed the renter to never leave the door unlocked again concerning the sale of the property.
Should the Realtor have stayed the duration of the inspection because the home is being occupied by a renter?
Has anyone here on AR ever had a bad instance with a situation … (15 comments)
