Median price $ 130,950 (at 95% of list price)
Average days on market: 131
An interesting note is that 15 of the 28 were bank owned.
54% of the sales being bank owned, this is down from the previous 90 days where 63% of the sales were bank owned and the median price was $127,500.
Hopefully this means the prices are stabalizing in Running Springs. We'll see what happens over the next 90 days.

running springs real estate: Out of the Ashes: Running Springs Daffodil Garden - 03/25/08 05:35 PM
In Running Springs there is a wonderful area called Smiley Park. Smiley Park was hit hard by the recent So-Cal wildfires. I was taking pictures in the area a few weeks ago and this was one of the houses:
 
Today I was taking photos in the area again and visited the Daffodil Garden. I had heard the garden burned in the fire, but was hopeful that the flowers would bloom anyway. There are some great houses out there and some amazing deals right now all across the San Bernardino mountain areas. Today on our MLS three of the five new listings were in Running Srpings, all three of them are under $200,000! I couldn't believe it, so I looked further at the MLS stats for Running Springs.
Currently there are 133 active listings in Running Springs
There are 10 properties in escrow (under contract)
Prices range from $124,000 (wow!) - $1,395,000
Average Days on Market - 124
Average sales price (last 6 months) $305,994
