pricing: For Your Sellers That Think They Have The Best - 06/01/08 05:16 PM

In today's market prices are coming down, down, down. I came across this article in December and immediately put it in my listing presentation as I so agreed with it, and felt that I could have written it myself!! It truly says it all even though it was directed to Denver Post Readers, printed 12/23/07. I salute the author as I think it covers everything that listing agents have been trying to say. I hope that you like it and agree. I might add that when I list a house, that is what I always refer to it as so to get the sellers … (1 comments)
