I had a call from a customer who wanted to get in to see a rental property. Easy enough, right? I called for showing instructions and was told i had to speak to the Property Manager. I left her a message. The next day, the customer asked again and I called for the Property Manager and left message #2. Day 3, The customer called and I called back to ask if there was a way to get showing instructions for this VACANT property. I was then told that the Property Manager was out with the flu. Nice.
