Again, the news media would have you believe that prices are plumeting all around the sound, but numbers just released actually show that most areas experienced price appreciation in 2007. Here are the statistics:Pierce County:New Construction: +9.1%Existing Single Family: +6.1%Condominiums: +3.3%
King County:New Construction: +12.6%Existing Single Family: +10.61%Condominiums: +3.3%
