When my marketing guru first told me to join ActiveRain, start reading, start commenting, and start blogging, I was, like, uh, no.
He insisted, though. Told me it would be good for me. I was, like, uh, no. He kept insisting, and eventually I succumbed.
A few months ago after doing a lot of hyper-local blog posts, I did a search on "Mission Valley condos" and found myself on the first page of Google. Not only that, but I'm still there, and I'm the only Realtor listed.
I bring that up because I've held the same property open for another agent … (5 comments)
