Can we learn anything from Domino's Pizza? I love pizza. I could eat pizza for my pre-breakfast snack, breakfast, mid-morning snack, brunch, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner, supper, mid-evening snack, late night snack, midnight snack, and early morning snack. I love pizza. Did I already say that? If I go to a new restaurant and see pizza on the menu, you can be assured that I'll probably be eating pizza. My favorite pizzas over the years are: Barbecued chicken pizza at Ottavio's Italian Ristorante in El Cajon, California Southwest pizza at Ottavio's Italian Ristorante in El Cajon Barbecued chicken pizza at Pizza

customer service: Customers + Service = Customer Service - 02/08/10 12:13 PM
While I was cleaning up the bedroom today, Zoey the Cool Cat decided to help by constantly crawling between my feet, eventually causing me to stumble, hit the wall, and crush my glasses. My old backup pair, well, let's just say that they are too old for my current eyesight. I had to postpone an appointment this morning to go get my glasses fixed or get a new pair. Of course, my eye doctor is closed on Mondays, so I went to Lens Crafters to see if they could help. Not only did they help, but they fixed everything in one

Are you missing a great opportunity to reach out to past Clients? Even though any time is a great time to contact past Clients, there are some times that are just naturally better than others, and now is one of those times. I take advantage of the end of daylight savings time to send a little postcard to my past Clients reminding them to check their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, change the batteries, and add them to their bedrooms if they don't have them there. For the last year I've been working exclusively as a buyer's agent, although if someone wanted me to list a property for them, I probably wouldn't turn them down. It's just that I'm not out there actively looking for properties to list. I think buyers are easier to work with. However, it looks like two previous Clients who bought their homes four years ago are preparing to sell them now that the market seems to be picking up here in San Diego. They've both asked me to list their properties for them as soon as they get some work done on
