La Jolla recently was named the most expensive place to live in the United States, for the umpteenth time. It's because the small enclave overlooks a beautiful part of the California coast.
While I personally would not want to live in La Jolla because it's just too difficult to get in and out of due to traffic, it's always worth a trip to see the various sites and sounds

As some readers might remember, I wrote a restaurant review for the San Diego Reader back in March and won a $25 gift certificate to La Jolla Brew House for the best "user review."
Recently my marketing guru and I decided to go to La Jolla for a Saturday night out.
