Delay pulling the plug on Grandma, or anyone else, so that you can sit down with them and explore their beautiful memories of life. Even explore their not-so-beautiful memories because they just might be "teachable moments."
My marketing guru has a huge list of sayings that his Grandmother always used, and he has personal stories galore that he has typed over the 43 years since his grandmother adopted him.
