If you're having one of those days....
I read a post yesterday by Valerie Swanson titled Tips for getting the most out of one of "those" days. Valerie is right here in San Diego, and she also happens to be associated with Century 21 Award, although her office is about five miles north of me.
I commented to her that I have an Excel spreadsheet that my home inspector / marketing guru set up for me that helps prevent me from having one of those days.

As the Los Angeles Lakers get ready for a cross-country NBA championship series with the Orlando Magic, I was reading some sports posts today when I came across one by Jackie DeShazer, a Realtor in Libby, Montana.
Jackie had several good quotes by famous sports figures such as Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and John Wooden.
I was expecting to see what arguably is the most quoted -- and misquoted -- quote of all time relating to sports:
It's not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game.
