The Pacific Southwest Railway Museum Association in Campa, California, is seeking volunteers to serve as docents to interpret train rides on Satursdays and Sundays.
Campo is about 45 miles east of downtown San Diego. There are many activities during the summer months, including train rides using historic engines and passenger cars, a playground for the children while waiting, and more than eighty major pieces of railroad cars and equipment.
The most awesome train ride is the "Ticket to Tecate." Tecate is in Mexico and is where Tecate beer is brewed. You get a couple of hours to eat and taste, or … (4 comments)
