One of the best places to go for shopping and entertainment in San Diego County is the Viejas Casino and Viejas Outlet Center in Alpine, about 25 miles east of your Mission Valley condo.
The Casino, along with gaming, of course, has one of the best buffets in all of the county. Across the street at the Outlet Center has to be one of the most beautifully landscaped malls in all the country, not just the county, mainly because it's an outdoor mall in the beautiful pine trees in the mountain community of Alpine.

Remember your high school days when it was okay to jump in the car with a bunch of friends and go cruising? Gas was cheap. Burgers, fries, and a milkshake at the local Sonic were cheap. Mom and dad thought you were at a friend's house studying for tomorrow's math test.
