Although San Diego County real estate is quite active, the number of visitors to my Growth Leader web site fell to 35 visitors in my fifteenth week.
Maybe with time time running out on the $8,000 Federal tax credit, and lots of great bargains in the under $500,000 market, perhaps many are looking for as much home as they can afford, which usually means a starter single family residence rather than a condominium. Week eleven came in with 43 visitors to my web site, on par with the previous week which had 47 visitors.
The percentage of visitors who have signed up for listing alerts in these eleven weeks is at 71%, well above our goal of 10%.
I got one new prospect out of the 43 visitors, bringing my total to nine active prospects in eleven weeks.
Although no inactive prospects have returned to my site, I have had additional contact (through email) from a current active prospect who was interested in viewing property.  However, my follow-up calls and emails have received no … (7 comments)
