One of the Jim Chapman Communities recently began new construction. Brookhaven at Johns Creek, an award winning active adult community has been the first community to see construction since 2008. Located in the Atlanta area, Brookhaven at Johns Creek is looking forward to the finish of a new quadraplex in the near future. When construction is finished there will be four new homes and feature a brand new model called the Westminster II-Supermaster. Jim Chapman Communities has acquired two new communities in West Cobb County, both of which plan to re-open on February 1st. Many circumstances in Atlanta real estate have caused builders to back out of projects and cease building all together, but here is Jim Chapman Communities not only succeeding with their standing communities, but taking on new endeavors. The Atlanta 50+ Housing Council, part of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, will invite its members and friends to attend a council luncheon at Jim Chapman Communities premier Active Adult Community in Fulton County – Brookhaven at Johns Creek. Jim Chapman, President of Jim Chapman Communities, Inc., personally received his Residential – Basic Contractor License in June from the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors. This license enables Chapman to act as the Qualifying Agent for Jim Chapman Communities, Inc. and any of its current active adult projects.
