It's about time some of the builders take responsibility for the current housing market and do something to help correct it. So, we are very proud that leading Atlanta active adult builder. Jim Chapman Communities, Inc. recently announced the launch of Jim Chapman Construction Services, LLC (JCCS). The new company is a full-service general contracting firm that will assist banks and investors in their completion of foreclosed homes or REO (real estate owned) properties.
