Another Milestone in Parenting - 07/10/08 01:28 PM
Hey, All. We recently took our 15 month old son, Josh, to get his first haircut and we wanted to share some of the photos with our AR family. He did such a great job in maintaining his composure; everyone in the barber shop was pleasantly surprised. Anyway, here are a few pictures. We hope that you enjoy.

The Before Picture, look at all those curls.

He did not care to have the hair touch him at all.

The shears finally came out, he did not care for that either.

Traveling to Charleston, SC with Children, Part #2 for the History Buffs: - 07/08/08 02:56 PM
Charleston has lots of great options for families traveling with children.  Even the best -behaved children get bored when too many of the activities on a vacation are of the same theme, so let Charleston's variety keep them busy!
For History Buffs:
Fort Sumter is a relatively short ferry ride away to give kids a sense of history. Plenty of dolphins along the boat ride and the Sullivan's Island side of Ft. Sumter is a favorite place for viewing dolphins.
The Powder Magazine, a museum and the oldest public building in the Carolinas, also offers insight into Charleston's colonial past.
Ft. Moultrie … (2 comments)
