Charleston, SC ~ On October 11th, children are welcome to come out to Hampton Park for the first Teddy Bear Picnic. There will be storytelling, face painting, seed planting and crafts. Sol Drive Train will be there to perform music from their Tajar Tracks album. At the end of the event, there will be a parade where the children get a show off their teddy bears. The Teddy Bear Picnic is hosted by the Charleston Parks Conservancy and its volunteer Park Angels.

This Sunday turned out to be am awesome day. I had the chance to see a twist to our local polo tournament. Today, the horses and the riders got to play on the beach. The weather was perfect and the event went of without a hitch. Luckily I remembered my camera, so I have some photos to share. Enjoy.
