We have been working with our client for a while and after multiple offers, we were able help him get a great deal on 1505 Kentwood Circle, James Island SC. This home orginally hit the market back in January 2009 at $259,000. After many days on the market and many price chances, we made our offer and came to terms in early January 2010. Two little boys, ages 8 and 10, were excessively mischievous. Theywere always getting into trouble and their parents knew all about it. Ifany mischief occurred in their town, the two boys were probably involved. The boys' mother heard that a preacher in town had been successful indisciplining children, so she asked if he would speak with her boys. The preacher agreed, but he asked to see them individually. I woke up this morning and noticed that there was something missing, something just was not right. At first, I was unable to place my finger on it. I went about my day, making my calls and scheduling appointments. That is when it hit me. Someone stole a day from me! I was certain that July had 31 days but I guess not in the Hart home.
