One of the things that Charleston is known for is being so very close to the beach.
And so the most common question that we hear, especially this time of year, is: "Where's the beach from here?"
The heart of Charleston is Downtown Charleston.  It is a peninsula surrounded by water, but it has no beach of it's own.  To get to a beach, you have to leave the peninsula and venture either north or south.
The most beautiful beach in Charleston, hands down, is on the Isle of Palms.  We commonly refer to it as IOP.

Imagine your clients moving into their new home and finding the refrigerator filled with gourmet meals. They don't have to stress out about where they packed their pots and pans or should they order pizza. They simply pick which wonderful meal they want and enjoy. We love Johns Island for many reasons, but here are just a few that we wanted to share. We both grew up just minutes apart from one another on the island and met by chance. Our love for the island brought us back home where we built a home and decided to raise our little family. Johns Island is a quaint little community (second largest barrier island on the east coast) that is rich in history and rich in culture.
