I learned a good lesson today while trying to deliver a Purchas Offer to the Listing Agent.
 
My client signed the Purchase Offer last Friday around 6 PM.  I called the Listing Agent and left a voice mail that I had a Purchase Offer and wanted to hand deliver or fax.
 
Today, Monday, I hadn't heard from the Listing Agent I tried again but this time his phone service said his voice mail was full and for me to call back.

Will Congress Finally Get It Right and Help Main Street Keep Their Homes? - 12/09/08 01:03 PM
What should we have expected from a federal government program?
 
The "Do Nothing" congress has done nothing these past 8 years except work on staying in office and point the finger at the other party?
Main Street doesn't have high-paid lobbyists with access to the movers & shakers in congress but Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, big banks, and Wall Street does.
Another example was the televised proceedings of congressman verbally abusing the CEO's of the auto industry. 
Was Jerry Springer directing?
I heard one congressman verbally slap the face of the CEO's by asking them why they didn't see the debacle coming … (4 comments)
