Being a Realtor in Naples these past few years is something like an E-Ticket ride at Disney World.
Before the ride there's great anticipation and joy.
During the ride there are G-forces, laughs and stress.
One thing's for sure an E-Ticket ride at Disney World doesn't last long but that's not the case for the Naples real estate market.
The meteoric rise in demand and prices lasted about 4 years.
The fall in demand and prices is lasting longer.
The old adage of "What goes up must come down," is still alive and well in Naples but no one saw … (0 comments)

For all of 2010 there have been 16 comparable condos sales for a little as $130,500 and as high as $177,500.
Why does a Realtor have a comparable listing in the same community, same floor plan, listed at $358,000?
Here is the Listing History:

 
As you can see, this condo has been for sale since 6/27/2006.
Is the Realtor using the client or is it the other way around?
Would this be an MLS Violation in your area?
