I am working with a Seller on a Short Sale. Lender is Fifth Third Bank in Naples, FL. The Seller met with the Senior Mortgage Officer to explain his deteriorating financial situation and asked for guidance. The mortgage officer looked up the loan on the computer and told the Seller he personally could not do any thing because the mortgage payments are current and have never been late.
