Fannie Mae just released (Jan 6th) a new tool called WaysHome to help homeowners avoid foreclosure and make good financial decisions about their homes. It's an interactive exercise that allows them to make decisions based on different scenarios affecting their homes. Check out the link below. Great Tool!
