If you are like many of us and using 2, 3 or more databases-- STOP, LOOK and LISTEN to Pat Zaby and his Microsoft Office seminar.  This seminar shows how to make the most of Microsoft Office and the contact manager system. 
For the longest time I suspected my usage of Office was about 10 percent of the potential. I WAS WRONG-- in fact the usage was much less!!!!
