Although the market conditions in Layton are not what they were a few of years ago we are in much better shape than many other areas around the country. Davis County Utah Real Estate Market Update - 08/02/09 10:04 PM
In Davis County Utah home sales price has been averaging $222,345 for the last 30 days. That is over $16,000 less than the average in February. The average time on the market has been 90 days, which is exactly what the state average is.
In the Davis County there have been 279 homes sold in the last 30 days. They have ranged in price from $20,000 to $1,250,000.
