Congress did not extend FHA & GSE mortgage loan limits so here in Ada County, our loan limits will drop on October 1st from $303,750 down to $271,050.If you are looking to buy or sell a property in Ada County (Boise, Eagle, Star, Meridian or Kuna), this will impact the real estate market for all homes priced in this $32,700 range. ada county: What to expect regarding Boise Real Estate through the end of the 2010 - 11/20/10 03:08 PM
Should you buy or sell real estate during the holidays?  I always get this question this time of the year as people wonder what to do and to gauge the Boise real estate market.  I do not claim to be able to accurately forecast the future, but I do continuously research the past and try to learn from it.  I just checked the Intermountain MLS and so far this month (November 1 - November 19th) there have been 457 residential listings in Ada County that have reported new offers on them (contingent or pending offers).    That shows current sales that occurred that … (0 comments)

ada county: Ada County New Home Statistics First Half 2010 - 07/04/10 12:20 PM
So far in 2010, there have been 616 new homes closed in Ada County according to the Intermountain MLS.  These included "To Be Built", "Under Construction" and "New Never Occupied" homes.
