How prepared are you to rise from the ashes and how many of your competitors or employees would stand by your side waiting for your re-birth?
According to their website, “Barbacoa is more than a restaurant…, it's a museum, an art gallery, and a promise to all of your senses”. In December 2009, the Barbacoa was typically packed with patrons enjoying the local artwork, the food, the drinks and the holiday atmosphere. There was a previous Group but the founder of that group has let his real estate license expire so I am trying to regroup with a new Group.

Thanks to everyone who helped with this massive effort. Proceeds raised will benefit St. Jude's Research Hospital. Tickets are $100 each for a chance to win this home valued at $440,000.
This is Idaho's first certified Net Zero Home! When I first heard that term, I thought they were advertising for the dial up internet company "Net Zero" but it is much better. This is a home designed to produce more energy than it consumes for a Net Zero impact!

I have been a Realtor in Boise, Idaho for nearly 19 years and have never seen such a great time to build a new home! It will NEVER be this affordable again for the following reasons: Some lots are being sold at less than the cost to develop them (replacement cost are higher after these are gone)! Tax Credits. If you wait till May to write an offer, you will loose the tax credits! You can still write a contract by April 30th to build a home but it has to be completed and closed by June! I don't know about you, but I always enjoy acheiving my goals. One goal I set a few months ago was to reach 1,000 Profile Views on AR. Well today is my day!
I would have gotten here much sooner had I not taken about a four month break from November through mid March of last year. (embarrassed to have that show up on the screen shot).
I am still trying to analyze why and how some of the posts get so many more hits than others, but at least I know that people are not only reading some … (5 comments)

I can't believe how many people are caught up on averages these days. I personally believe in being unique with a purpose!
For example, why is it when Realtors do a CMA on a house they take the time to differentiate the home they hope to write on offer on or list, to see what sets it appart to determine value, yet they don't typically take the time to do an analysis on themselfs to see where they are different and where they add value? I make sure that my marketing presentation sets me apart from the other 3,200 Realtors … (6 comments)

The "C" word used to be almost unspeakable. People used to really be uneasy around others with cancer as if they had Leprocy or wondering if they could catch it on toilet seats like people used to think about AIDS.
Thanks to people going public with this disease and great works from various organizations we are making some headway, but have a long way to go.
