boise realtor: HomePath (Fannie Mae) Reinstates 3.5% Buyer Closing Cost Incentives - 04/11/11 03:33 PM

I just received an email from Fannie Mae stating they are now offering up to 3.5 in closing cost assistance for HomePath® properties beginning April 11 through June 30, 2011.
Buyers must be owner occupants and the home must close on or before June 30th, 2011.
I know in 2011, they also offered incentive to Realtors to sell these homes, but that incentive has not resurfaced yet.
I look forward to letting my buyers here in Boise, Idaho know about this great new option for them to buy a home and have the seller pay their closing costs!

boise realtor: Marc Whitmore Joins Progressive Realty Corporation as a licensed Realtor in Boise, Idaho! - 07/16/10 06:03 PM

I would like to welcome Marc Whitmore to Progressive Realty Corporation! Marc is a Realtor in Boise, Idaho and was previously licensed with another brokerage here in Boise.
He brings his internet based marketing plans to help him market toward apartment complexes, multifamily units, and investment properties in the Boise area.
He will primarily be focusing on these types of income properties as well as helping the tenants become property owners since he is also familiar with first time home buyer programs in the Boise area including 100% financing options that still exist today.

I have always been intrigued by the creation vs. evolution theories that are out there. It doesn't matter at this point how we got here, but if we don't want to go the way of the dinosaurs, we better think about how we might want to "evolve" our business models.
For example, when I attended Boise State University in the early 1980's to get a degree in Marketing, Google didn't even exist. The God(s) had not yet created it. PS I was surprised that when reading my statistics on AR that it had a comment about "under 50 words" so apparently I didn't get full blogging points for this. boise realtor: Putting your company name and website in your profile - 10/04/08 05:48 PM

I am relatively new on AR and keep trying to think of ways to improve. I have used many ideas I have seen on fellow member sites and am always going to keep tweaking and getting better until I can be the featured agent in my area (Boise, Idaho).
One thing I just tried that I have not seen yet is putting my company website in my profile. I know the link will still go to my AR site, but my hope is that the search engines will pick up my domain and help with it's ranking.
