docusign: Digital Signature Controversy (sellers not accepting them) - 05/18/11 02:28 PM

I have loved doing e-signatures with my Tablet computer for over four years. About a year ago, I started using digital signature overlays from various vendors. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to regress back to using a tablet PC version since even Fannie Mae recently reversed their acceptance of using digitial signatures. I find it ironic that signing a tablet is a form of a digital signature, but it looks more like it was signed with ink (I can change colors in case the seller requires black or blue ink) so I have never had a problem getting these … (18 comments)

docusign: Which is the best Digital Signature Company for Realtors? - 03/28/10 02:02 PM

I am only familiar with two digital signature companies that are familiar with the real estate industry. I have talked to both companies but have only personally used Authentidate's Inscribe Office.
I would appreciate feedback from anyone that has used both systems as to which one they prefer and why. I will activate a 30 day trial on Docusign today and then post my comments as I compare as well.

One is Docusign. https://www.docusign.com/real_estate/ They are a Realtor Benefit Partner so if you are a member of NAR you can get a discount. They have a 30 day free trial as well.
