If you are frustrated by the the human race today, consider the evolution in teaching since you were starting school. Is it any surprise that looking at this one example, why our society has issues?

humor: Proof that Swine Flu started in England in December 1976! - 05/01/09 03:03 AM

As Realtors, we need to be on the bleeding edge to understand new technologies and changes in our environment. One supposidly new change is the re-emergence of Swine Flu.
I knew I had heard of this years ago, so I went to and found the history for you.

It appears that this was only one of many works which were actually a collaboration created by several cult style members of a group co founded by Roger Waters and Syd Barrett in England in 1965. humor: Merger of two insurance giants State Farm and Prudential - 04/01/09 06:26 PM

What do you think of the merger of State Farm and Prudential that was announced today? It really has me thinking. I understand the need for consolidation and cost savings in todays market but I am not sure about the consolidation of their slogan. Somehow, it just doesn't feel right to me... "Get a piece of your neighbor". My neighbors are all old and retired!

Anyhow, happy April first!.
