I am a huge fan of automation and technology, but we are a long ways away from being outsourced as Realtors. For example, I use Google Alerts to help me keep track of what is happening on line for Boise Idaho real estate. Therefore, I have a Google Alert set up specifically for "Boise Real Estate". Today, even though Zillow dominated the top four results, I am not too worried.
The fourth on the list of top sites for Boise real estate today on Google was for "83701 Real Estate Agents". I love the summary: The 83701 zip code is for P.O. Boxes … (7 comments)

I just read an article on http://realtormag.realtor.org/daily-news/2012/07/25/wife-uses-cheating-husband-try-sell-home?om_rid=AADSM4&om_mid=_BQEB8LB8r9Ncrl&om_ntype=RMODaily about this and took the time to go check it out. It was a great marketing job by a scorned ex! I believe I do a really good job of marketing my real estate listings in the Boise, Idaho area, but I don't think I have come anywhere near the 1.1 million hits they have received on their website!
I took the time to click throught their website @ www.greatfamilyhome.com At first, I was surprised someone didn't already capitalize on that URL. Then, I took the time to read her "Scorned and Bitter … (10 comments)
