I have obtained some teacher appreciation day folders, bags, and binders from Staples that were from 2006/2007 that they were going to throw away (but instead gave to me). If there are any teachers reading this and you'd like a bag just send me an e-mail at JRyan@Ramagli.com and I'll be happy to set up a time to present it to you. (0 comments)
bucks county real estate: Home Inspection Guide
- 06/09/08 05:17 AM
As I've stated before if you're buying a house, or looking to buy a house soon, you need to get a home inspection. If you haven't bought a house before I'll break down the steps for you here. Once you find a home you're willing to purchase, you put an offer in with an inspection contingency clause. This allows you to hire (at your expense-typically $350-500) an inspector to evaluate the home you're purchasing for any problems. Typically, inspections happen with 7-10 days of an accepted agreement. It is encouraged that you are there for the inspection. You can tag along (0 comments)
bucks county real estate: What mortgage is best for you?
- 06/09/08 04:46 AM
The basic types are fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. Adjustables start out lower with a fixed rate and then after a set period of years readjusts, usually a lot higher. The following are a few of the more popular types. 30 year fixed-You will always know what your payment will be. It will never change. This is the preferred mortgage for most people. 15 year fixed- Offers a faster repayment though your mortgage payment will be higher than a 30 year. Interest expenses will be much lower. If you can afford it and plan in staying in your home a while (0 comments)
