(No, this is not a scheme.       <description>&lt;p&gt;A few weeks ago, I was at Target while they were having their major Global Bazaar sale.&amp;nbsp; There were tons and tons of linen napkins for $3.00 for a set of four.&amp;nbsp; Plain ones, blue ones, printed ones, red ones.....I'm telling you tons and tons.&amp;nbsp; Anywho....you may not have a need for napkins at any of your stagings, but use these napkins in the living room.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How?&amp;nbsp; Make pillows out of them!&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Stich, or sew (if you're that crafty), the edges of two napkins together making 4 napkins into two.&amp;nbsp; Stitch, or sew, the now two larger napkins together (only 3 edges and half of the last edge).&amp;nbsp; Stuff the fabric with filling and stitch the last portion of the 4th side shut.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The napkins make great throw pillows. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;li&gt;Buy cheap, plain roller shades, spray fabric glue,&amp;nbsp; and your choice of fabric.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut the fabric down to the size of the roller shade.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spray glue the back of the fabric&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the fabric glue edge to edge with the roller shade and brush out the creases and rolls with a wallpaper brush.&lt;/li&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I can't say it enough, but I LOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEE Ebay!&amp;nbsp; When my husband and I built our house, I looked to ebay for a wall oven (manufactor priced at $1400), cooktop (manufacture priced at $550.00), chimney chute overhead vent (manufacture priced at $700.00), and light fixtures.&amp;nbsp; My house is gorgeous because of ebay, and I only spent $1050 &lt;strong&gt;total&lt;/strong&gt; for all of the before mentioned items!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now that I'm getting into Staging and need to build inventory, ebay is my BFF.&amp;nbsp; I purchased a gorgeous....I mean gorgeous 9x7 Persian rug for $10! Ok Stagers.....pick your jaws up off the floor.&amp;nbsp; I know it's unbelievable.&amp;nbsp; Shipping wasn't expensive either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's amazing what people sell on ebay;&amp;nbsp; Lamps, throw pillows, fabric, furniture (of all sorts), rugs, appliances, etc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you haven't done so yet, go to ebay.&amp;nbsp; Remember, though, if you decide to purchase from ebay make sure you look at the feedback scores and comments.&amp;nbsp; That will help, in the long run, to find great deals and be satisfied with the product.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have purchased inventory from Ebay, what great items have you found and at what price?&amp;nbsp; I love hearing about great finds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Its my hope that I will be able to balance being a VA and Stager once the opportunity presents itself.&amp;nbsp; I could never give up my VA biz.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However, I was hoping that I could get a network going.&amp;nbsp; A network of Stagers!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This forum is excellent, by all means, and I could stop being lazy and look at profiles to get contact information when I come in contact with a Realtor that is intrested in staging services, but it's sooooo much easier for me to have the contact info of those&amp;nbsp; stagers whom are interested already in my address book.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here's what I propose for those who are interested (I only have one signed up for it so far):&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Send me your name, biz name, contact info, and cities served.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; I will promote your services extensively in conjunction with my VA services to the Realtors nationwide. &lt;strong&gt;(This is free advertising for stagers)&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; When a Realtor expresses interest and let's me know the details and pics of any listings he would be intersted in having staged (in your area, of course), I will then go to my handy-dandy address book and get a Staging Professionals name and contact information.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; I will contact you, the Stager, give details, ask if you are interested, send you pics of the listings so you can get a head start on brainstorming.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; After you agree to take on the challenge, I will then share with the Realtor your contact information and let him/her know when you will contact them to move forward in the stage it forward process. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; You contact the Realtor and work your magic!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only thing I ask in return is that you pay a one time referral fee of $50 for each Realtor that you are connected with and complete a consultation.&amp;nbsp; That's right, no consultation.....no fee!
